You will learn the art of Ujjayi Pranayama to cultivate empowerment, engaging asanas that harmonise body and mind stillness. We will also incorporate kundalini kriyas to energise and purify, as well as delve deep into Raja Yoga, focusing on mental training to enhance your meditation practice.
