Experience yoga with Betty Browne, a dedicated teacher in the Akhanda yoga approach, blending styles such as Hatha, Nada, Jnana, Kundalini, Bhakti, along with dynamic breath-work, non-dual meditative practices, and playful movements to create a whole and enriching practice.
Her compassionate approach makes yoga accessible and transformative for practitioners of all levels. 

 

We are also honored to have Satchidananda (Kaanchan Adhikary) as part of our March Heart of Nepal Cultural Tour & Retreat. Satchidananda discovered the yogic path in 1998 and has since studied extensively in Bihar, India, and Australia. With deep knowledge from his years in Satyananda Yoga ashrams and his diverse training, he brings a modern, relatable perspective to yoga, enriched by his involvement in digital accessibility projects and supporting global non-profits.

 

Additionally, our experienced local guides will take us around Nepal's stunning temples and heritage sites, sharing their rich knowledge and stories to deepen our cultural experience.

LOCATION :The Chhahari Lodge is located on the border of the Shivapuri National Park, just 12kms from Kathmandu city centre. This family-owned and operated lodge has authentic Nepali décor, with lush greenery, within and surrounding.
The space including a meditation room, yoga Shala and even a chimney room! 

Gorgeous outside areas to relax and unwind with views of the national park, local villages and Kathmandu town.
